Terms & refunds

Refunds are only possible while your items have not yet been delivered. Once delivery has happened, the order is not refundable.

This is not us being difficult — in-game goods cannot be taken back once they are handed over. If you want to cancel, message us with your order reference before your order reaches the “Delivering” stage and we will refund you in full.

If we cannot deliver for any reason — out of stock, the server is down, we made a mistake — you get a full refund, no argument.

banditmarket sells in-game items and currency for the Minecraft server DonutSMP. Goods are delivered manually by a member of our team, in-game, to the username you provide at checkout.

We are an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang, Microsoft, or DonutSMP.

You choose how to pay at checkout. Paying in Litecoin, the amount is converted from USD at the live rate and held for 25 minutes; if you pay after the quote expires the amount may no longer match — message us and we will sort it out rather than leave you short.

Paying by bank transfer, you send the order total in US dollars with no conversion, and you must include the order reference so the payment can be matched to your order. Bank transfers are not instant: delivery starts once the money arrives.

Either way, send the exact amount shown to the exact details shown. Neither a cryptocurrency transfer nor a bank transfer can be reversed by us. If you underpay, we will contact you about the difference.

If you overpay, the excess is not refunded. Send the exact amount — it is shown in full at checkout with a copy button next to it, so there is no need to round it up.

Delivery is manual, so it is not instant. We aim to deliver shortly after your payment confirms on the network, but timing depends on a staff member being available and on you being reachable in-game.

Check your username carefully. We deliver to the username you enter. If it is wrong and the goods go to another player, we cannot recover them and cannot refund that order.

You can check progress any time on the order tracking page using your reference.

• Give us the correct Minecraft username.
• Be reachable in-game so a staff member can hand the goods over.
• Understand that buying and selling in-game items may be against the rules of some servers or games. You are responsible for your own account.
• Do not purchase if you are under the age at which you can enter contracts where you live.

Reviews on this site can only be left against a real order that we have delivered, using its reference, and each order can be reviewed once. We may hide reviews that are abusive or contain personal information; we do not delete reviews for being negative.
