Is buying DonutSMP items with real money allowed?
DonutSMP permits third-party selling of in-game items. Everything sold here is handed over in game by a staff member the same way any player trade happens on the server.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered by hand by a staff member, usually within minutes of the payment confirming. There is no delivery bot — a person meets you in game, so delivery depends on somebody being online.
How do I pay?
In cryptocurrency. Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, Tether, USD Coin, BNB, XRP and Polygon are all accepted. You pick the coin at checkout and are given an address and an exact amount to send.
What do I need to give you?
Your Minecraft username and a Discord account to sign in with. Both Java and Bedrock names work — Bedrock players enter their name with the leading dot, as it appears on the server.
Can I get a refund?
Not once the goods have been handed over in game, because they cannot be taken back. If something goes wrong before delivery, message us on Discord and it will be sorted out.
